What you're buying

Central Valley Permits sorts public building permit records by the trades likely to want them and sends them to subscribers. Permits are public records published by local governments. We don't create, verify or guarantee them.

Not quote requests

A permit means a homeowner has a project. It doesn't mean they asked to be contacted or want your service. We don't promise any number of leads, jobs or results.

How you may contact homeowners

• You are responsible for following every law that applies to how you contact people, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry, CAN-SPAM and California law.
• Don't use this data to harass anyone, and respect "no soliciting" signs and requests to stop.
• Don't resell or republish the data.

Billing

$99 per month, billed in advance through Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account page; you keep access until the end of the paid month. No refunds for partial months.

Accuracy and availability

Data is provided as is. Government sources can be late, incomplete or wrong, and can stop publishing. We may change coverage areas.
