Subscribers

We store your email, business name, trades, zip codes and subscription status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Emails are sent through Resend. We don't sell your information.

Permit records

Permit data comes from records that local governments publish to the public: property address, parcel number, job description, job value and contractor. We don't collect or sell homeowner names, phone numbers or email addresses.

Removal requests

If you own a property listed here and want its permits removed from our service, contact us and we'll remove them.
